In order to meet the growing demands of the market, we give our customers the opportunity to extend the warranty to eight years within the framework of every two-year inspection of our reducers at the MetalERG service, which we confirm with a “certificate of technical condition” in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices. Thanks to the eight-year warranty, the reducer is always operational and ready to save lives and health. An additional advantage of the extended warranty is the replacement of all wearing parts during maintenance.

* The eight-year warranty is subject to paid inspection by an authorised MetalERG service centre no later than every two years from the date of purchase (and subsequently every two years from the date of the first, second and third inspection respectively), confirmed by a “certificate of technical condition” for the following two years in accordance with the Act (Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices, as amended).
